Welcome to BrandEngine ("the Service"), an AI-powered brand management and content creation platform operated by Utilizebot ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Service Description

BrandEngine provides:

• AI-powered content generation for social media and marketing
• AI-powered image generation for brand content
• Automated scheduling and publishing to connected social media platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Brand profile management and media asset library
• Google Drive integration for media sync
• Analytics and engagement tracking

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate or distribute harmful, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the brand data, configurations, and prompts you provide to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.

Generated Content: Content generated by AI through the Service is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

5. Social Media Integrations

When you connect social media accounts, you authorize BrandEngine to publish content on your behalf according to your configured schedules and approvals. You are solely responsible for the content published to your social media accounts through the Service. You can disconnect any social media account at any time.

6. Google Drive Integration

BrandEngine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Google Drive in read-only mode to sync media assets to your BrandEngine library.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from content published to social media, loss of data, or service interruptions.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
